Globalization and technology are dramatically changing the requirements for professional success and civic engagement. These changes demand transformational, not incremental, changes in the way we prepare students for the future.

Structure promotes creativity and channels it toward productive ends. We use “design thinking" protocols to help educators leverage their experience and professional insights to create solutions to important student challenges.
Technology provides opportunities to reimagine education, beyond simply replacing teachers and textbooks with online instruction. We help educators use technology to give students control over what, where, when, why and how they learn.

JEFFREY TSANG Founding Partner
Jeff has worked with over 75 schools across 8 school districts to transform learning by designing and implementing student-driven school models. His deep understanding of how to kickstart and sustain innovation in schools is based on extensive experience as a transformational school principal, national school-system leader and education consultant.
SELINA PEAY-COLLINS Partner
Selina is an instructional leader with over 10 years of experience in the United States and the Middle East. She is passionate about helping teachers learn to support and inspire every student to find their own path to mastery. She has served in many roles including Teacher, Staff Developer, Director of Instruction and Assistant Principal.

We partner with a diverse group of current and former educators to provide our clients the specific skill sets and experience needed for each project. Our partners bring expertise across a range of areas, including K-12 classroom teaching, instructional coaching, school leadership, district leadership, design facilitation and education technology. KAREN PERRY Partner
Karen is an educator with over 20 years of experience as a teacher and district administrator. As Director of Personalized Learning at Henry County Schools Karen has led the district's transformation to personalized learning, establishing a school redesign program and district-level ecosystem to support the launch and expansion of innovative, student-driven models in the district's 50 schools.
